Meri Sarikyan is a Positive Psychology expert and coach, and the founder of Inner Science Lab.

With more than 3000 coaching sessions, she has extensive experience working with women on burnout prevention, emotional regulation, and psychological resource building.

She is the author of the Wellbeing Calendar and Map to My Goals, and the creator of group coaching programs such as Me and My Other I and Wellbeing Triangle Method.

Her work combines scientific research with practical psychological tools to support sustainable wellbeing.
